How Long Will It Take To Get My Order?

2 to 3 working days will be required to process your order. It will then ship, and once it has, delivery to most location is the USA takes approximately 10 to 20 working days depending on location. Orders shipped to remote or rural areas may require more time to reach their destination. While it is unlikely, if your shipment time exceeds these standard delivery times then please contact us at customerservice@worldpetexpress.net.

This is possible due to the fact that World Pet Express sometimes sources pet medication from outside the USA as a means of assuring the best prices on pet medications for our customers. However, we can promise our customers that these products have the SAME ACTIVE INGREDIENTS and work with EXACTLY THE SAME LEVEL OF EFFECTIVENESS AND PRODUCT SAFETY. You may also want to be aware that products sourced from outside the US may have weight and volume listed in Metric rather than Imperial but they will always correspond to what you have ordered.
